Then you need a Meal Plan Reset. Following a questionnaire and food diary review you will start with a 1 hour consultation. During this time we will discuss your health history and goals. You will be given tools and strategies to help you make healthier life choices. You will also receive a two week meal plan which includes a shopping list and recipes. If you decide to upgrade to have additional support this package is credited against your new package.riod.
