Every programme is a personal journey that evolves as you do.

There is no one size fits all with a nutritional programme. We are unique and so is the way we react to food – whether that is physically or mentally. Amy’s approach focuses not just on one aspect or isolated symptom but considers the individual as a whole to deliver a programme that is suited to individual needs.

Using an evidence based scientific approach the programmes evaluate all aspects of your health history including past and current lifestyle, any emotional triggers, medical and family history which helps to determine the root cause of your symptoms and the best way to move forward.

Every programme is bespoke and not limiting to your needs. The level of support can be increased or decreased at any time. The below programmes are designed as a starting point of information and a Discovery Call is recommended.

Starter Nutritional Programme (30 Day)

The 30 Day Starter Programme is what you need. First you will fill out a food diary and questionnaire and then your programme begins with an 1 hour consultation. During this time a detailed picture of your health and needs is collected.  We will discuss your concerns and discover the best way for you to reach your health goals. Together we will develop a personalised plan that has a series of easy to follow steps that fits around your lifestyle.

This programme is designed to support you weekly and will develop during the 30 days as we work together.  You will feel more balanced, have greater energy levels and be confident with what you have learned so you can make some sustainable changes that will positively impact your daily life.

3 Month Nutritional Programme

Are you finding it hard to lose weight ​not matter what diets you try?
Is there an area of your health that isn’t getting better?
Are you ready to make some changes to change the cycle of your health?

A programme with more support is what you need and so the 3 Month Programme is ideal. You will need to fill out a food diary and questionnaire with a 1 hour consultation to follow. During this time we will discuss your health history and what you need to be able to tackle the symptoms that disrupt your life. We will consider the best way forward for you and build a personalised plan which includes strategies and the tools needed for your health journey.  Your plan is designed to support you and will develop over the 3 months. This programme is ideal for those with gut or immune health issues as well as those who wish to lose weight or need to balance their blood sugar (Type 2 Diabetes).

You will embark on a journey that will improve your health, tackle symptoms at the root cause and allow you to have greater energy levels and improved sleep.  In the 3 Month Programme you will learn healthy habits, and be armed with new skills so you can sustain and maintain your goals.

  • 1 x 60-minute 1-2-1 consultation
  • Meal plan with recipes, plus additional recipes over the programme period
  • 1x 15 minute & 3 x 30 mins consultations (support is flexible and TBD throughout the programme)

Want to dip your toe into Nutritional Therapy?
Sick of yoyo dieting and want to be healthier?

Paving the Way to Wellness will take you from being confused and unmotivated, to passionate and intuitive about how to eat, helping you to set the foundations for healthy and sustainable weight-loss. Delivered in a workshop format online, I’ll be sharing the tips, tools and strategies I use with my 1-2-1 clients that help them improve their energy levels, eat in a balanced way, reduce bloating, and regulate sleep patterns. You will change your old mindset to losing weight and replace it with a fresh perspective.

Plant Based Package

The Plant Based Package is for those of you who are thinking of changing to a plant based diet – whether that be vegetarianism, veganism, or maybe you just want to cut your meat consumption down. Your current lifestyle, barriers and health will also be taken into consideration within this package. This package includes analysis of data from the questionnaire, 1-2-1 consultation (1 hour) with tailored advice that is unique to you plus information and recipes for you to take away with you. This is designed to be a one off package, however if you required additional consultations it can be arranged.

Single Consultation & Meal Plan Reset

Not sure of where to start but know you want to be healthier?
Need a diet overhaul?

Then you need a Meal Plan Reset. Following a questionnaire and food diary review you will start with a 1 hour consultation.  During this time we will discuss  your health history and goals.  You will  be  given tools and strategies to help you make healthier life choices. You will also receive a two week meal plan which includes a shopping list  and recipes.  If you decide to upgrade to have additional support this package is credited against your new package.
