"I signed up for Amy's 3 month programme. We did a thorough review of my dietary habits (mostly bad!) with the view of changing this to a healthy and balanced meal regime so I would lose a bit of weight, but more importantly lose body fat and improve my energy levels. I lost just under 3/4 of a stone, lost a fair bit of body fat, slept better and had more energy throughout the day, so all boxes ticked! It also got me back in the kitchen rattling the pots and pans and cooking all meals from scratch, which was a challenge, but satisfying, and Amy was always there to support and encourage. So a success overall"
